Our Candles Are Made In Small Batches And Hand-Poured, Adding A Personal Touch To Each One. We Use Eco-Friendly Ingredients And Supplies In Everything We Make. If, For Any Reason, You Wish To Return Your Candle, The Following Stipulations Apply To Eligible Items:
- Must Contact Karma + Krystals Within 14 Days via email KarmaAndKrystals@gmail.com.
- Must Be Returned In The Same Shipping Method It Was Originally Shipped.
- Must Return In The Same Condition It Was Received. Unopened, Unused, In Original Packaging.
- Customer Is Responsible For Return Shipping.
- Applies To Only Candles, Crystals, Bangles And T-Shirts. Ritual Baths And Loose Leaf Herbs Are Non-Returnable Or Refundable.
All Orders Will Ship Within 10 Business Days Of Purchase. Orders Can Be Tracked Via USPS or UPS .
All Orders Shipping To Alaska, Hawaii And The U.S. Territories, Must Be Delivered Via UPS 2 Day Air Or UPS Overnight Air. There Is An Additional $8.00 Charge. While Most Items Can Be Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii And The U.S. Territories, Some, Including Aerosols And Alcohol–Based Products Such As Pressurized Spray Cans, Fragrances, And Nail Enamels Cannot Travel By Air. Therefore, These Products Cannot Be Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii And U.S. Territories.
Business Days Are Monday – Friday, Excluding Federal Holidays Within The United States. Orders Will Not Ship On New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving And Christmas Day. Orders Received On Saturday And Sunday Will Be Processed The Following Business Day.
Orders To P.O. Boxes And APO/FPO Addresses Must Be Shipped Via The United States Postal Service.

Currently, We Ship To U.S. + Canada. There Are Plans To Expand In The Near Future.
Trim your wick to 1/8” – 1/4” before lighting each time. This allows the candle to burn longer, cleaner and more evenly. We recommend a burn time of 3-4 hours; this will fully melt the wax across the top. For extended burn time, we greatly recommend snuffing the flame, trimming the wicks and relighting every 3-4 hours. This will reduce the possibility of excess carbon buildup on the wick tip and extend the burn time.
