We Choose Soy Wax Because It Is All Natural And Sustainable. It Is A Cleaner Burning Wax Than Paraffin, And Emits Less Soot Into The Atmosphere. And, Because Soy Wax Is An Eco-Friendly Wax Produced From Soybeans, It Does Not Contain These Pollutants And Cancerous Poisons.
Soy Wax Burns Nearly Twice As Long As Paraffin. However, It Is Not Recommended To Burn Soy Candles For More Than 4 Hours At A Time. More Often, The Fragrance In Paraffin Wax Is Greatly Overpowered By The Toxins It Releases. Not The Case With Soy Wax Candles. Because There Are No Toxins And Minimal Soot Released During Burning, You Are Certain To Get The Full Experience Of A Soy Candle’s Scent Throw.

Our Candles Are Made In Small Batches And Hand-Poured, Adding A Personal Touch To Each One. We Use Eco-Friendly Ingredients And Supplies In Everything We Make. If, For Any Reason, You Wish To Return Your Candle, The Following Stipulations Apply To Eligible Items:
- Must Contact Karma + Krystals Within 14 Days via email KarmaAndKrystals@gmail.com.
- Must Be Returned In The Same Shipping Method It Was Originally Shipped.
- Must Return In The Same Condition It Was Received. Unopened, Unused, In Original Packaging.
- Customer Is Responsible For Return Shipping.
- Applies To Only Candles, Crystals, Bangles And T-Shirts. Ritual Baths And Loose Leaf Herbs Are Non-Returnable Or Refundable.
Damaged Items Can Be Returned Or Exchanged At No Additional Cost. Please Contact Us Via Email And Attached Photo Evidence Of Damage. Depending On Stock Availability, A Replacement Will Be Shipped Within 10 Business Days.

While Most Items Can Be Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii And The U.S. Territories, Some, Including Aerosols And Alcohol–Based Products Such As Pressurized Spray Cans, Fragrances, And Nail Enamels Cannot Travel By Air. Therefore, These Products Cannot Be Shipped To Alaska, Hawaii And U.S. Territories.
