Our Candles Are Made In Small Batches And Hand-Poured, Adding A Personal Touch To Each One. We Use Eco-Friendly Ingredients And Supplies In Everything We Make. If, For Any Reason, You Wish To Return Your Candle, The Following Stipulations Apply To Eligible Items:
- Must Return Within 14 Days.
- Must Be Returned In The Same Shipping Method It Was Originally Shipped.
- Must Return In The Same Condition It Was Received. Unopened, Unused, In Original Packaging.
- Customer Is Responsible For Return Shipping.
- Applies To Only Candles, Crystals, Bangles And T-Shirts. Ritual Baths And Loose Leaf Herbs Are Non-Returnable Or Refundable.
Damaged Items Can Be Returned Or Exchanged At No Additional Cost. Please Contact Us Via Email (KarmaAndKrystals@gmail.com) And Attach Photo Evidence Of Damage. Depending On Stock Availability, A Replacement Will Be Shipped Within 10 Business Days. However, if items are damaged by postal or shipping services, please file a claim with your local office.
